At FramedLittle, your privacy — and your family's privacy — is our top priority. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our AI baby portrait generation service.

1. Photos You Upload

We do not keep your photos. Here's exactly what happens:

• Your photo is uploaded to our server only for AI processing.
• It is sent to Google's Gemini AI to generate the themed portrait.
• Your original photo is deleted immediately after the portrait is generated — typically within 2 minutes.
• We never use your photos for AI training, marketing, or any other purpose.

2. Generated Portraits

• Generated portraits are stored on our servers for 24 hours only so you can download them.
• After 24 hours, generated portraits are automatically deleted.
• We recommend downloading your portraits immediately after generation.

3. Email Address

• We collect your email address to track your credits (free and paid).
• We may send you your generated portraits via email.
• We will never sell, share, or rent your email to third parties.
• We will never send you unsolicited marketing emails unless you opt in.

4. Payment Information

• Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• We never see or store your card details, UPI PIN, or bank credentials.
• We only store: order ID, payment status, plan purchased, and email.

5. AI Processing

• We use Google Gemini AI to generate portraits from your photos.
• Photos are sent to Google's servers for processing only.
• We use the paid API tier, which means Google does not use your data for training as per their terms of service.

6. Cookies & Tracking

• We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
• We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or similar tracking tools.
• The only data stored in your browser is your email (in the form input) for convenience.

7. Data Security

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted).
• Uploaded photos are stored only in server memory/disk during processing and deleted immediately.
• Our database contains only order records and credit balances — no photos.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data (email us at hello@framedlittle.in)
• Know what data we have about you
• Opt out of any future communications

9. Children's Privacy

Our service generates portraits of children. We take extra care:

• Only parents/guardians should upload photos of children.
• We do not allow account creation by anyone under 18.
• All uploaded photos of children are deleted within minutes of processing.
